There are many types of facelift but the most common are:

Liquid Facelift – This is a non-surgical procedure that involves using fillers and Botox.

Mini Facelift – this is a surgical procedure that treats the lower part of the face. Jowls will be reduced, jawline tightened, cheeks will be higher and the neck should improve in appearance too.

Full Facelift – this will have the most dramatic effect. It is recommended for patients who have moderate to advanced aging on their face and neck. Many people opt to add a browlift, neck lift and eyelid blepharoplasty for a complete facial makeover.

This is a very commonly performed with a full face lift. It treats the brow area, pulling up the forehead to create a refreshed look. This can also improve wrinkles around the eyes, open up the eye area and reduce wrinkles on the forehead.

There are a number of tips we recommend to help prolong your facelift:

Avoid the sun and if you do need to be out in it wear clothes to protect your skin and ALWAYS use a strong sunscreen.

Have a really good diet full of fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to ensure you are getting your daily doses of vitamins and minerals. Avoid high fat, sugary foods.

Have a great skincare routine. Use products rich in retinoids, peptides and antioxidants.

Consider having regular skincare treatments such as laser therapy, chemical peels, and microneedling.
