Patients with more significant amounts of neck fat are potentially limited by the excessive skin that might result from the fat removal.  Large amounts of skin will not be able to shrink enough even if we add the SkinTyte Laser to your treatment.  

Large amounts of neck fat will require a liposuction procedure followed by a limited incision neck lift or a full neck lift.

Patients with a lot of neck fat will require a neck lift plus liposuction.  The reason that liposuction is used instead a nonsurgical option is that you are already having a surgical procedure; liposuction is more immediately effective, and you are already having surgery so there is no additional recovery.
